We have established PHILUX Global Funds SCA, SICAV-RAIF, a Luxembourg bank fund organized as a “Reserved Alternative Investment Fund” in accordance with the Luxembourg Law of July 23, 2016 relative to reserved alternative investment funds, Law of August 23, 2016 relative to commercial companies, and Modified Law of July 12, 2013 relative to alternative investment fund managers.
Our first compartment fund under PHILUX Global Funds (www.philuxfunds.com) will be “PHILUX GLOBAL SELECT GROWTH FUND” focused on a number of select investment opportunities in Vietnam, especially the development and construction of the International Financial Center in conjunction with the Asia Diamond Exchange which will consist of the rough, lab-grown and polished diamond trading centers in Vietnam.
PHILUX Global Funds also intends to invest in the renewable energy programs under Philux Global Energy, Inc, and other high-priority investment opportunities with sustainable growth.
